Understanding the Analytics Overview

Understand how CSVgo analytics summarize list quality, verification results, and export-ready outcomes at a glance.

The Analytics Overview gives you a complete, high-level summary of what happened to your lead list after processing.

It shows how many rows were cleaned, verified, deduplicated, and classified so you can quickly assess list quality and next steps.

What the Analytics View Represents

Analytics are generated per file after processing is completed.

They reflect:

  • Data cleanup results

  • Email verification outcomes

  • Catch-all verification impact

  • Export-ready segment sizes

This view is designed to answer one question quickly:

“What do I actually have now?”

Top Metrics Explained

Initial Rows

The total number of rows in the uploaded file before any processing.

This includes:

  • Duplicate rows

  • Rows without emails

  • Junk or unused data

After Deduplication

The number of unique rows remaining after automatic deduplication.

CSVgo removes:

  • Exact duplicate emails

  • Duplicate rows created by list merges or exports

Duplicates Removed

The number of rows removed due to duplication.

This prevents:

  • Sending multiple emails to the same address

  • Wasting verification credits

  • Inflated list sizes

No Email Rows

Rows where no email address could be detected.

These rows are:

  • Preserved for enrichment or LinkedIn workflows

  • Exported separately for speed and reuse

Email Verification Metrics

Email Rows

The total number of rows that contained an email address and entered verification.

Valid Emails

Emails that were determined to be deliverable after verification and catch-all analysis.

This includes:

  • Standard valid mailboxes

  • Catch-all emails confirmed as deliverable

Invalid Emails

Emails that are undeliverable due to:

  • Non-existent mailboxes

  • Invalid domains

  • Hard failure signals

These should not be used for sending.

Deliverable Rate

The percentage of email rows classified as deliverable.

This number reflects:

  • List quality

  • Data source quality

  • The impact of catch-all verification

It is not a guarantee of inbox placement, but a recipient-side readiness signal.

Download Categories Explained

The Analytics Overview also shows how many rows are available in each export category.

Deliverable Emails

All emails marked as valid or deliverable.

Best used for:

  • Maximum reach

  • Broad outbound campaigns

  • Testing new segments

Deliverable emails excluding Microsoft Outlook domains.

Best used for:

  • Higher average reply rates

  • Campaigns where Outlook deliverability is sensitive

  • Staged or delayed Outlook sending strategies

No Email Rows

Rows without email addresses but with cleaned contact data.

Best used for:

  • Waterfall enrichment

  • LinkedIn outreach

  • Call-based campaigns

Download All

Every processed row from the file.

Includes:

  • Deliverable emails

  • Undeliverable emails

  • Risky catch-alls

  • No-email rows

Best used for:

  • Audits

  • Data analysis

  • Full transparency
